The staff was incredibly welcoming and offered excellent service throughout my stay, making me feel right at home.
The soundproofing was quite poor, as I could hear stomping from the room above and conversations from the neighboring room, which disturbed my sleep.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds had AC, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. I loved the shower and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The room had an ironing facility and a tea/coffee maker too. The seating pods in the common space were such a chill spot. The complimentary water and cookies were super welcoming.

No variety in pillows, soundproofing very poor!!! Bathroom door design could cause accidents if guests are not careful!!! Auto light in the bathroom may be jarring at night!!!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfy. I really liked the shower, and the complimentary toiletries were a nice touch.
